Entertaining but in a slow paced way

The story is good but the events leading to a happy ending is a bit too cheesy and unbelievable. However, the cast did a great job. Matt Magnusson did a great job in showing his struggles and emotions. I like the band he played with too. They really supported each other. The songs and music are pretty good and moving. However, the movie is a bit slow paced. I had to fast forward some parts. It's not a movie you will want to watch more than once but the songs are what I would like to hear again. I found the title to the movie a bit misleading and didn't fit the story. All in all, a good watch for the first time.
