I'm comparing this to the series "Life of a Mistress" which are just about identical!

The lead actress is not as pretty or young, the girls are like children. Yes the plots and villains are interesting but still fall short of "Life of a Mistress".

Don't know which show copied from the other but this version is subpar to LoaM.

God almighty,I know this is a love story but how utterly naive and stupid can Prince Charming and Cinderella be, I watch for the villains and the train wreck to come.

Things got better once Prince Charming was dealt with.

Now on season 3, if your watching, don't wear a black cloak What insanity, the old owner comes back and I guess no one bothers to tell him that it's not his property anymore, the butlers are mute I guess. Kitty is just as mousy as ever, just incredible money grab, pure insanity

The new actress is pretty and younger, plenty of bosom Not sure of the acting as yet, too early.

I love this show!!! I couldn't stop watching it ... season 2 please!!!!

I finished watching the first season with my wife and we really liked it. Excellent actors, costumes and scenario. Great job!

The actor in the show absolutely incredible. It really makes you feel like you're in the same room with them through all the different scenes. It could be pretty horrific at times and I have trouble watching those parts but the acting is absolutely fabulous. They stick to their character so well. The scenery and the mansions and the costumes are fabulous as well. It is so well done these shows I have recently watched the life of a mistress, which is also a Russian film in the same era. I also watched the bloody Duchess or whatever but I didn't like that one at all was very depressing, once again, these actors are so good at what they're doing.

Great actors, set and storyline. No matter what country the setting, it is a relatable tale. Cheering for the good guy and end love to overcome all obstacles! Worth a binge!
