Cindy Busby kills so many people trying to get what she wants why are the dead bodies never found ?
This is such a bad movie. Nothing is good about the script. It does not carry a message of any kind. The lead actress Cindy Busby got that mean look, and that was the only reason she got this role as a villainess. But her acting is horrible. She can never act as a heroine in different flicks. The kid actors did way better than she.
Vivica Fox only had a cameo appearance. Obviously this production wasn't able to hire her for the entire shoot. Her name was used as a bait to lure some moviegoers, which apparently didn't work. That's such a typical tactic for this kind of C-movie. I watched on Amazon Prime for free. I couldn't finish it. Now I want my time back.
I wish they wouldn't keep giving them different names in the UK. If they called it "The Wrong Stepmother", I would have known instantly not to watch it. I liked Cindy Busby in Heartland as Ashley but in this she was terrible. And, what was Corin Nemec doing in it? Surely he could have found a better role than this.
And why do they keep giving Vivica A Fox top billing when she only plays a cameo, (and I'm grateful that it was only a cameo)? Her acting is appalling. The too good to be true expressions are so bad they are almost funny, but not quite. She's always the same in every bad movie she does. Estate Agent, Detective, Teacher, but all with the same holier than thou expressions. Yuk. I hope this isn't what we have to expect from any new movie from now on. I'm part way through and I'll probably have to keep watching now. Why, I have no idea. Pretty obvious what the outcome will be.

I don't know where you got a four-point anything from these reviews the user reviews are basically one which is where I am unless I could've given it a zero the only thing I can think of is when I looked at the so-called critic reviews they were actually favorable I don't know maybe this is a lifetime thing but everything was just so so bad there was literally nothing redeemable in this at all Not the Acting not the plot not the scenery nothing!!
Horrible horrible horrible movie !!!!! Terrible acting, terrible script, terrible everything, terrible movie
