Beautiful, dramatic, adventurous and exciting...

Brazil's nominee for the 2017 Oscars, a wonderful documentary, The World in Two Turns took 10 years, the dream of retracing the route of the Portuguese navigator Fernão de Magalhães, reminded me of the wonderful "Elcano and Magalhães: The First Round the World", a beautiful documentary and tribute to Kat who died at the age of 13 due to complications arising from the HIV virus, which she had been carrying since birth. In 1997, the Schürmann Family decided to make a dream come true: to re-enact the expedition of Fernão de Magalhães, who in 1519 traveled against traditional navigation routes, completing the first round the world in the history of humanity.
