see it if only for Erika Smith

This 19 minute horror short which can be found, amongst other places, as an extra on the DVD of 2007's "Crimson" follows friends Gina & Lucy as they're traveling back from their mutual friend's funeral. They decide to pick up a wedding gown clad hitchhiker. Not really a good idea, and the ride doesn't go too well, as these things are prone to do, only getting worse as their car brakes down and they're forced to take solace in a spooky house.

This short is a tad too predictable for my liking and not that original (you've seen many variations on the plot theme), but on the other hand Erika Smith has massive star material (or at least B-movie starlet) potential & her charisma alone makes this watchable.

My Grade: C+
