Lack of reasonable construction in the plot

Lack of reasonable construction in the plot of this story keeps it from being effective as a whole; but the business of its scenes keeps it awake and the players help it by their acting. Tony is so simple an Italian that he gets continually in hot water; but finds a woman to look out for him and, after little baby comes, luck changes. No one will believe that any human being had these experiences just as here given. The photography is excellent and the offering will get by. - The Moving Picture World, March 14, 1914
