Based on a short-story "Tühirand"(1972) by classic writer Mati Unt, the movie is one of the best Estonian movies made, though it's a short one.

First work for young director Veiko Õunpuu. Good camera work, beautiful scenes, story and matching dialogue.

The movie gives a special feeling every time I go through it. Speaks of love, but gives a view how in the real world, people, feelings and sayings aren't meant to coincide.

Three people are put together on a beach, forming a love triangle. Though different, they all share something common.

Beautiful, dramatical and yet funny. Recommended.

Nominated for the best Estonian motion picture in 2006.
