Survival of the Species

When Maggie finds some Indian artifacts on her property, Maurice, anything for a buck, Minniefield, swoops in, bringing an excavation team. He has a contract, but no one ever signed it. Maggie, in this episode, goes off on all males throughout history. She has some good points, but, let's face it, Maurice is the one that started everything. It gets pretty salty. Meanwhile, Ed has a futurist dream, where all the fears we have about the environment have come true. There is mutation, burns from ultraviolet light, on and on. So he begins a campaign to change the world. He and Michael look at things and come to a bit of a compromise. There is nothing wrong with the episode but much of it is reactionary and simplistic.
