Fantastic Four

So I don't think it's fair that this imdb received a low score But I could have really underrated because this game It's very spacious the gameplay is very spacious you may have been wondering Yes this video game is based on the 2005 filmbut obviously it doesn't follow the same thing in the film because some things that happen are very different. By the way, I'll tell you the video games taken from superhero films sometimes add villains which were the versions that happened. If they were in a film it opens Sebi villains like mole man diabloodthe puppeteers and they are also beautiful the last final bosses to beat obviously in that part when you have to press that button to beat him I'll tell you one thing I found this game a thousand times better than the film since I didn't like the film at all But I really like this game andmust be underestimated I recommend it if you still use the PS2 to conclude rating 8.

This game is loosely based on the movie with the same main characters voiced by the same actors whom played them in the movie. The plot is very chaotic with several jumps in the story line (at one point the Fantastic Four are fighting robots in a city and then with no explanation Sue, Johnny and Ben are in the Vault, an underground prison for Mutants). The story is when navigable fine enough and the puzzles and general Beat-Em-Up feel is okay. The characters are finely in line with the characters from the comics (what I know of them at least).

The graphics are good, though a bit grainy at times, as is the sound, though I have experienced some delay at times (my PC seems to be having trouble cooping with smoke at times). The controls are good enough if a bit many, but where this game really fails is in the camera movement. The controls are linked to the on-screen view which would be fine if the camera just followed the back of the character but it dosn't, it seems to have a will of it's own and seems to find it very amusing to, in mid jump, change it's angle so that the character goes flying off in some direction that you did not what him/her to, say that you are standing with the side to the camera and wants to jump straight ahead to the left, you start to jump and all is fine, then suddenly the angle changes and you're now viewing the character from behind and he/she turns to the left and misses whatever it was you where trying to jump by several feet. Which is VERY VERY annoying. It also cost some damage at times when you due to this angle dosn't have a change in hell to see where the enemy is standing and you therefore just randomly throws kicks and punches at nothing while the enemy has a field day of opportunities to hit you.

If it weren't for this camera movement the game would actually be very good but now it balances on the point where you is wondering if it's all the frustration worth.

It gets a 5 (close to 6) out of 10. The camera movement pulls it at least 2 points down, on the final score.

hi this Mikhal T; Fantastic 4 is an awesome movie; filmed in Vancouver; the storyline, and real life adaptation of the original comic book legend is professionally done. The acting, filming etc. in this movie was professional, and seeing first hand on set(I was part of the Red Porche 911 scene outside the stadium) I was impressed by the acting, and filming of the crew there. The people that I met on set there were kind, well kept; a lot of work was put into the making, and setup of the film; they even had me being a gentlemen where makeup. So I recommend this movie to anyone who is into this sort of action comic book movie. So get some pop-corn at your local theater and go see it.

to tell the truth, the commercials made this game look like a Chuck Norris flick. Boy, the advertising can sure screw a guy over.... this game is poor. barely follows the storyline of the movie at all. the bosses towards the beginning have outrageously tiny weak-points, if not one EXACT. The 2-player mode has extremely screwy camera angles and weak side-missions. This is the one of several super-hero games i do not recommend(including X-Men: The Official Game, Spider-Man, and HULK). The gameplay supports a few good controls and statistics, but the health meters seem near-endless on average enemies.

The bosses become insanely difficult and support a crazy challenge. This game starts with good tutorials but the 2-player tutorial supports android 2nd-players that look like a love-child of Robosapien and Twiki from Buck Rodgers. The tutorial boss is virtually pointless and just takes this game off-course. Ben Grimm's love interest tags in on a random wing of gameplay. In otherwords, don't even think about a purchase.

I'm a huge fan of the Fantastic Four.

This game shows how much fun a game based on a movie should be.

The game follow the same storyline as the movie.

The cast of the Fantastic movie led their voices for the game.

The music is great with a fantastic score.

There are more action and fun in the game.

Fantastic superpowers that can get the job done.

Voice acting is very good with a few funny lines.

Overall if you're looking for a great game based on a great movie then Fantastic Four is the game for you.

This game gets a 10 out of 10.
