A familiar theme

This is not a powerful story, but it is to be particularly commended for its manner of presentation. The story might have been entirely obvious, but the scenes are so arranged as to keep the observer wondering just what is going to happen next. This gives an air of freshness to the plot, which, in fact, has a familiar theme. Alec Francis, Belle Adair and Chester Barnett are among those in the cast. - The Moving Picture World, September 26, 1914
