A wonderful movie about the teenage girl Sofie that has just started high school and walks into the world of growing up. Sofie goes to a party where she and her friends gets a little bit too much to drink, especially Sofie that falls asleep. While Sofie is sleeping some guys from school is taking pictures of her naked under her skirt. The next day when she wakes up and goes to school she find out that everybody is calling her for a whore and talking lies and bullshit behind her back. Not even her friends are helping her anymore, she lost it all. Its a beautiful movie about being a teenager and learning about friendship and love. Just have to see it!!

This film deals with many problems that teenagers go through growing up. These are dealt with in a realistic way, unlike Hollywood films where everybody rides around in BMW's and dresses in designer clothes. The actress that plays the lead in the film gives a stunning performance. The film does contain a few clichés, but if it was not for these I do not think it would of become so popular and probably never released outside of Finland. The music really sets the tone for the piece and captures the zeitgeist. I think both the director and some of the actors have bright futures ahead of them. Go and see this film and decide what you think.
It's not the best movie ever but it's very good. It's emotional and interesting. Fake friends, alcohol, body shaming and sexual pictures are a part of this movie. It's not the most realistic all the time but what happens too her in the movie happens to a lot of teenagers. It has an important message and I would recommend it.
This Swedish movie is about the problem of Swedish (?) sexism. A 13-year-old-girl gets drunk at a party, gets unconscious and is photographed in compromising poses. Then she gets a reputation as a "whore".
The intentions of this movie might be good and Amanda Renberg as the main character is talented, but the script isn't. This shouldn't pass even as pupil's work at film class in high school.
It's done for young people in the early teens, but the movie is talking to them like they where extremely silly. Keep away from this, you'll only get angry.

... this was NOT a good teenage movie: this was a good movie, period! A very good movie. Looks like there is a very fine tradition for intelligent and sensible teenage movies on the make right now in Sweden, and I am thinking of Lukas Moodysson's "Show Me Love" (everybody knows the original title I suppose...). Anyway, back to Teresa Fabik's film. Poignant, forceful, amusing, clever, well-structured. Amazing direction, amazing young actors, not to mention a gorgeous Amanda Renberg. With great performances. Not for the faint-hearted who are afraid to face to what their children have to face every day, not for those who are looking for some light-weight entertainment, and certainly not for people who want their movies like their lives: black or white and nothing in between.
