A Gem of Indian Cinema.

This film is a very rare and for unknown reason not remembered by people today. This film depicts the story of the courage and daring of indian revolutionaries during the British rule. Shashi Kapoor sahab is assigned with the task to prepare Indian soldiers for an armed uprising against foreign rulers. The film shows how the sacrifice of our freedom fighters ignited courage and dare in other people to stand up and fight for their rights.

This did lead to victory, in one way, because it also led to dividing our country, especially the beautiful state Panjab and millions lost their lives for the independence and during the partition.

Shashi Kapoor sahab is versatile actor and a blessing to indian cinema. This movie is a must watch for all. The movie shows a forgotten part of our history.
