Exciting and breaks new ground

I agree with POBFan - White Collar Blue is exciting and different.

Leask81's comments are consigned to the rubbish bin of history now, as WCB is into it's second season and out-performed it's competitors in the audience popularity stakes.

For my money, the show is well scripted with lots of dark and funny moments that make that characters much more believable than previous Aussie cop shows.

We're nearing the end of the first series in NZ where the show has been popular with many viewers. I'm looking forward to the second series!

Anna Torv in her first tv screen appearance as a neighbor on the pilot TV Movie "White Collar Blue" this later went to series the pilot was shot late in 2001, Anna then went on to "Young Lions" TV series as a regular cast member in 2002 all filmed in Sydney Australia.

Det. Snr. Sgt. Ted Hudson: You know what your problem is Thrills? You solve a big case and you've got to come down, I've seen it before. You need to do something wild to keep the juices flowing.
Det. Sgt. Joe Hill: Like what?
Det. Snr. Sgt. Ted Hudson: In the old days I would've said go down to the pub and get into a fight.
[Joe gets up to leave]
Det. Snr. Sgt. Ted Hudson: Uh-uh, I said that was the old days. These days we live in touchy-feely times.
Det. Sgt. Joe Hill: No disrespect, boss, but I don't exactly want to get touchy-feely with you.
Det. Snr. Sgt. Ted Hudson: That's a shame, I shaved awfully close.
[Laughs]
Det. Sgt. Joe Hill: So what do you suggest?
Det. Snr. Sgt. Ted Hudson: Think happy thoughts. Have a merangue. Have six more of these.
[pushes beers towards him]
Det. Sgt. Joe Hill: [toasts] To misery.
