Brilliant documentary on the original ufo contactee case. No other case has come close in terms of evidence and corroborated witnesses. The team of Lee and Britt elders and Wendelle Stevens spent several years investigating the Meier case and this docudrama is a recreation of those years spent on site in Switzerland and the subsequent years of analysis of the evidence by some of the best in the business at that time in the 1970s. The case is often decried as a hoax by its detractors but Elders and Stevens were the only one to actually conduct a thorough investigation into the case in Switzerland and speak with Meier himself and the hundreds of witnesses. They came to the inevitable conclusion that one man could not possibly create a hoax as complex and wide ranging as this one. The film still stands today as verifiable proof that one man had and to this day still does have face to face contacts with genuine extraterrestrial visitors. A must see.

This documentary is from the 1970s. It's well made, but only relevant to true believers in Meier's fantastical claims. In the intervening decades Meier's photos have been debunked as forced perspective, or blurred photos of children's books, science models, and even squared up to the frame of TV shows. The documentary participants are all followers in Meier's cult. There's no real skeptical position presented, even those presented as "investigators", like Wendelle Stevens, are already believers and cult members. This whole thing is pretty silly, even for that time period, but even more ridiculous fifty years later.

As an avid UFO buff this documentary is one of the best. Eduard Billy Meier is a UFO Contactee. An extraterrestrial woman named Semjase had face to face extended conversations with Eduard Billy Meier in the mid 1970s. During these conversations Billy was instructed to write-down their conversations. Meier has written over 30 books most are only available in German. Meier also took hundreds of photographs & video's of the "Beamships" (UFOs) which are included in this video. The documentary was filmed on location in Switzerland, Scotland & the USA. David Warner does a great job narrating this documentary. It also features the team of investigators Col. Wendelle Stevens, Lee Elders, Britt Elders & Tom Welch. This team was the first group to do an exhaustive study of this controversial UFO case.
