Series made with international co-production, including the BBC through Q3 Productions. The BBC had the only prints in the original English soundtrack, which they destroyed in the early '80s. It was common practice for all broadcasters at the time, to destroy film prints of series where the rights had expired for repeat broadcast, or to wipe VT for reuse. The German dubbed version is the only version in existence right now.
