This film is like a short film, 50 minutes that plays 3 different stories. One about a tale of kuchisake Onna, how the surgery went bad and hurted her. A tale of someone who is going sane for something he had done, and one about a boy who does something bad because he wanted to be loved. The 3 stories have dark themes. And this movie is one of the first Kuchisake Onna movie that explains one of her tales. The movie isn't that bad. Just low budget movie but if you like low budget movies then I recommend. Even if you like kuchisake onna, I recommend. There are many films but this one is the complete original. If you don't like it then that's fine. I rate this 6 out of 10.
