The performance of Utpal Dutta and Robi Ghosh make this movie a classic one. The story is quite gripping and unique, specially in contrast with many other Bengali movies of that period. This is a story of an young girl who repeatedly runs away with the jewellery given by her husbands. She, her ailing father and an accomplice takes it as a profession to cheat wealth grooms. Accidentally one day they come across the son of the man who once cheated them and pushed them to take up this occupation. Watch the movie to know if they get their revenge. A good mix of thriller and comedy. Despite being black and white, the picture and sound quality is decent.
