This is the film that sticks with you after your shoes have stopped sticking to the floor.

I attended the 1999 Ann Arbor Film Festival where this film was screened and received the Best Lesbian and Gay Film Award. Granted, not everything in a single night of the Festival is gold, but this film definitely stood out. Its style was vivid and refreshing, its content was stunning and informative. An eye-opener all the way.

I know what you're thinking: "Sure, anything is wonderful when it's shown next to _Bag Light_* but how do we know it's really good?" Here's your answer... this film has never truly left my mind. I have always remembered its title and footage without having seen it a second time or having kept my program book. I can't say that for very many AAFF films.

I would definitely like to see this film distributed or made available in _some_ capacity. It's on my list of films to acquire for archival purposes.

* Bag Light (1998) was an experimental film by Rock Ross which was so awful that I CAN'T forget it. It was made by ironing oily paper bags onto film. What you see is a mess of rainbow stains from the grease on the film. What you hear is the sound being interpreted from the stains within the audio track section of the film. It looked and sounded like a million insects eating my brain. Longest 7 minutes of my life.
