Club Wild Side II

1st watched 10/20/2001 - 3 out of 10(Dir-Lawrence Unger): Interesting positions and wild energy displayed in the sex in this playboy home video that is more explicit than most of their titles, but as a movie it's pretty typical of this genre. Lots of sex, and a little drama thrown in to make it actually have a slight plot. The movie revolves around two characters who happened to live and work together at the `club wild side'(a sex club where pretty much everything goes). They make love, become friends 'only', get jealous of other partners that each has, get back together, make love and live happily everafter. That's basically it. The sex is definetly the seller here.

Club Wild Side 2 (aka "Inside Club Wild Side") has a similar plotline as the first movie, only instead of a woman running off to LA in search of all things pleasurable, it's a guy. Of course, this guy is well endowed, as we find out in a certain sex scene with my favorite babe Monique Parent. Other than that, it's pretty much the same thing. Ahmo Hight brings an added dimension to this movie--although she's a supporting character and has below average screen time, she's able to show off the things she's good at (being that she's extremely flexible, almost to a fault!).

In short, not a bad movie but it could have used a bit more meat in the script.

The follow up to Club Wild Side, starring the always busy (at least in the B-movie world) Monique Parent. Odd though - she plays the same character in these two films, but has different names. Nevertheless, the story line is similar, which follows the old Hollywood adage, if someone is willing to pay to have it made once, try it twice. This time its a redneck cowboy from the midwest who gets dumped by his girlfriend and urges him to go to film school in L.A. Typically, he gets robbed in his first day there and then bumps in to a Club Wild Side employee who allows him to stay with her. Throw in numerous so-so sex scenes, and the rest is history.
