The movie was not that bad, but it also was not that good either. It had its funny moments, but then again, it also had some parts where the sense-of-humor had me wincing in pain. Only one thing remained consistant throughout the entire film... the size of Dean Camroon's eyebrows!!! WOW!! Did you see how big they were? He should definatly do something about that. I heard a small child was lost in those things for two days!! Anyway, this is only a mediocare movie... so see it at your own risk. If you chose to see it, remember, BEWARE OF THE EYEBROWS!!!
Dave Marshak has lost out in employment and love to Steve Longwood. When Beth's father dies and she inherits his ski resort, Steve wants to marry her. Dave ends up attending events related to the wedding, and does what he can, along with his goofy friends Alex and Toddorbert, to try to stop the wedding from taking place. Along the way to the big event, we see plenty of girls wearing next to nothing (even though it is cold enough for snow skiing), including one who describes herself as 'a nude painter'. The subject being captured on canvas is all bundled up for the cold weather, while the artist appears to be wearing nothing. Several pranks involve O'Doogles, a bar which has changed quite a bit since the guys used to hang out there.
I doubt that anyone would consider this to be a quality production, but Dean Cameron delivered a sarcastic performance as Dave, which really made the movie worth seeing. No one else was really what I would call a good actor, but Beth was adorable and most of the characters were funny.
I saw an edited version, but it was still not good clean fun. It was fun, however.

Okay I admit it, my reason behind watching this film was because it has some pretty girls in it and yes, they do get naked. However, as soon as it started I realised that, in actuality, it wasn't all that bad and that there was more to it than copious (And I mean copious) breast shots.
For a start its really quite funny with Dean Cameron especially showing that Canadians aren't all boring windbags. The locations are quite beautiful and although the plot itself is the same old bad-guy-wants-power-good-guys-want-to-stop-him schtick in this case it works and for some reason everything comes together really well.
Another high point are the songs, many of which would not look out of place in the top 40. This despite the fact that I haven't heard of any of the bands involved. In a way that kind of sums it all up. You won't have heard of it or anyone in it but it's still good and well worth a watch.

This is the kind of movie that could have been terrible. But it's not. For some strange reason, the (weak) plot actually works, and after a while, you'll just laugh your head off. There are LOTS of gags, one wilder than the other. Yes, there are a couple of topless scenes. And they are so unmotivated that it's totally hilarious.
Beth Roberts is getting married to douche Steve Longwood. Beth's ex Dave Marshak (Dean Cameron) somehow got an invitation. He brings along ladies-man best friend Alex to sabotage the ceremony. Beth's father is past and she's running the ski resort. Lola Schnitzelbank is a recently arrived nude painter skier.
This is a relatively fun juvenile sex romp. Dean Cameron still has some of his roguish swagger despite losing some of his hair. I like the quiet lady killer Alex. A chubby Will Sasso is channeling a bit of John Candy and who can forget Wendy Hamilton's nude painter. This is not that funny but it has a bit of fun.

Toddorbert Guzinski: Anyway, this Steve guy, snapped up Beth quicker than you can say tian gu li ao.
Dave: The turtles they are crying.
Toddorbert Guzinski: In Mandarin Chinese.
- Crazy CreditsBeth Roberts is the only featured cast member that makes an early appearance in the opening credits sequence.
- Alternative VersionenThe Canadian VHS from C/FP has the original soundtrack, while the Monarch Home Video VHS as well as the DVD and all other releases outside of Canada have a different soundtrack where only a few songs were kept over from the Canadian soundtrack. This is most likely due to a disagreement between the American producers and Canadian producers.
