An excellent introduction to Palestinian culture through interviews with Palestinian women who do Thobe embroidery. Very moving. Relates the stories of many Palestinian families who were forced to leave Palestine and joined the international diaspora of Palestinians. Some have returned to Palestine, some with separated families. All who are interviewed either do Thobe embroidery and/or work for Palestinian rights and their homeland. There are excellent graphics showing the diaspora of Palestinians around the world. There is some historical footage and some current exchanges between Palestinians and Israelis who have taken over Palestinian homes. Very worth seeing.
