Betty in New York

Can't believe there's 123 episodes. They're all the same. Bullying, encouraging to lie and hide the truth as a main topic, live in a plastic world, insultos (muchos), and just to many shouts.

I remember the original Betty that was smoothly treated badly and all the characters were more polite and funny. This one just makes me urhg. In addition I'd warn and say that it is not recommended for older than 13 years old unless you are living and thinking as so at your 20,30,40-80.

I loved Couldn't stop watching the series . The whole cast were fabulous actors, sets beautifully done. Elfer who played Betty is a wonderful funny and dramatic actress for one so young. And the boy Mauricio a great comedian and actor.

Loved them all.

This show has helped me get through stage 4 isolation here in Australia. The highs and lows of Betty and Armondo were brilliant to watch. The whole cast were fantastic in their roles.

A must watch. Even my daughter loved it.

Too long and boring. The actress who plays beatriz is good in acting but is ugly even after the makeover and no where near the actress who plays Marcela (look wise). Also the character beatriz is not that innocent and very manipulative in her own ways. I had seen the US version of Ugly Betty. Even in that the america ferrea was a good actress but ugly and overrated even after the makeover which seems to be a common theme. That was for 3 seasons. It was not award worthy or anything but somehow it was funny, entertaining and watchable. Havent seen the original spanish version but i am sure it is much better since it is the original. This show runs for 123 episodes with more or less the same story everytime. It gets little bit more interesting towards the end with all the plotting and scheming when betty gets a makeover but it is very painfully boring to watch before the makeover. Watch at 1.5x speed and can skip many scenes that are just fillers eg the scenes with the squad and patricia who is another horrible actress btw. They were too kind to the character. Should have killed the character in some accident. So annoying! I watched the series out of curiosity. It is an okay one time watch.
