Kinavally

It's an okay type of film, just for time pass. But don't keep any high expectations.

A simple story and very predictable to all audiences.not that much of suspences and scary is present and the story starts saying that it is based on a fake story if u r bored of old artists and if u r willimg to get a new experience from new guys u can watch for sure believing that they have some talent in them and they had fulfilled to some extent yet not disappointed .just to make scary the director had given some dark music and some confusing sequences taking that it might terrify us..and also in the climax he had made some twist and thinking that is twist and tat will satisfy the audience..

But for all..its a new try where all new casts had been casted and yet a different effort..a little bit of comedy was there but stillsome effort is to b made form director and also from crew members as they have been in their 1st movie...

It is evident that Sugeeth was trying to give a new definition to the horror genre with Kinavally (Dream Creepers) but for all its jumpscare-laden sequences and build-up using new faces who cannot fully act, the plot or the revelation do not hold making me call it an overall failure. TN.

The narrative of the film revolves around the lives of Vivek and Annie, a happily married couple. Vivek is inclined to share his experiences with his childhood and college friends with Annie, and on one occasion, coinciding with a wedding anniversary, Annie decides to invite all of Vivek's friends for a celebration. They acquiesce and arrive early, but during their stay at the couple's residence, some of the guests encounter supernatural phenomena, a phenomenon that is perhaps exacerbated by the residence's reputation for ghostly activity surrounding the figure of Bernard Sayip. The group then came to the conclusion that Annie was being influenced by Bernard Sayip's supernatural abilities, and they collectively decided to vacate the premises. However, the ghost proceeded to create difficulties for them as they attempted to depart, effectively trapping them within the residence. They made several attempts to alert Vivek to Annie's predicament, but their efforts were thwarted by the ghost. In the film's climactic scenes, they employed holy water to seal the ghost within a room and subsequently departed from the residence with Vivek. They informed Vivek of the events that had transpired at the residence and the circumstances surrounding Annie's situation. However, an unanticipated development ensued: the ghost was not of Bernard Sayip, but of Annie, who had passed away in an accident several years prior. Vivek was cognizant of Annie's ghostly presence, yet he chose to reside with her, feigning ignorance of her untimely demise. He proceeded to remove all religious and spiritual artefacts from the house, including mirrors, in order to create a more comfortable environment for Annie. Despite her ghostly status, Vivek expressed a desire to continue living with Annie.

The narrative contains numerous inconsistencies, and the motivation behind Annie's decision to invite others to her home for troubling remains unclear. The comedic scenes do not effectively convey the intended humor.

The narrative was adequate, the direction unconventional, and the performances satisfactory. The musical scores are notable, but the film is not intended for single watching.
