This is a podcast with some random images added to make it on TV. Not sure the idea is good, would have definitely been better as sound-only. I really enjoyed the first season: good, original, well performed, and full of surprises. Seasons 2 and 3 are trying to add a bit of visual information but miserably fail. The acting in those two last seasons is not so good, the story is just complete nonsense, the ending is a shipwreck. Stick to season 1 if you don't want to be disappointed.
A compelling and tense series of tales with just the right balances of individuality, story arc and reference backs.
I found it visually compelling, with the use of graphics adding a narrative that I find difficult to describe, yet completely wrapped up in.
Part of the effect of the visuals is to hold you to the screen. This is the closest I've been to combining a book, a radio play and a piece of tv. Bravo!

Really enjoyed this - kind of a twilight zone version of listening to people calling 911? It's short, you'll finish in one evening, and I don't think it will stay with me to forever, but it was very engaging in the moment and I kept clicking next.
One person said in their review oh, they decided they didn't need actors.....who do they think performed the calls? I have to imagine the ease of making this show during a pandemic helped a bit, though obviously the French version predated our current situation.

I rarely write reviews but felt I had to for this. It's not so much a TV show or a podcast. It's new, and it's different. I watched the whole show today and it was an absolutely fantastic experience that left me wanting for more. Apple have done really well bringing this to us.
I hope they do something similar or there's a second season. I was gripped from start to finish and will definitely be recommending this to my friends and family.

So bad I'm seriously considering cancelling my Apple subscriptions.
Apple has obviously decided that it needs content, apparently any content will do, and I'm not sure I wanted to hand over my hard earned cash for such an attitude.
Hang on, we don't need to employ actors and we can sell it as innovative? Well to be fair worked on me.........
However you quickly realize that it's not just actors they don't need, they don't need to create a complete story, no character arc, no explanation for the random nonsense they throw our way, they can literally make anything up, not even attempting to satisfy the viewer.
The Sorpranos ended many years ago and this "make up your own ending" is getting seriously old, but coupled with never ending random events that the writers conjured up in 15 mins whilst drunk in a bar, just leaves you with a feeling that your time was robbed, that precious commodity stolen and all in the name of Apple making a quick, cheap and easy buck at our expense.
