AFTER LONG TIME SAW A VERY SWEET FILM, ALL ACTORS, DIRECTOR, PRODUCER, ENTIRE CREW ENTIRE TEAM HAS DONE A GREAT JOB, HATS OFF.

Just watched in Delhi and trust me this movie worth every penny you spend, The storytelling, characterization, direction, cinematography and obviously the acting was brilliant. The brilliance lies in the simplicity of the narrative itself, but this isn't like usual Bollywood mainstream cinema so you have to watch it with different mindset. If you are in search of something refreshing then just go for it, or if you like literature/north Indian culture then it would be a mistake to miss this movie in theaters.

I feel this is one of the best adaptations as far as Hindi films are concerned. I got the same feel which I experienced while reading the story. I would like to mention here that the original eponymous story has been included in the syllabus of major educational boards.

The people related with the making of the film have gifted us something which we will cherish for years to come. The simplicity of the original story, the innocence of rural India, which has been a speciality of the legendary Shri Phaniswarnath Renu's literary world, has been beatifully reflected in this film's acting, direction, cinematography and songs. The casting could not have been better than this.

This film is, quite simply, a true treat for the eyes and the soul. It's a cinematic experience that will effortlessly win your heart with its sheer simplicity.

The cinematography is nothing short of fabulous. Complementing this visual feast are the outstanding performances of the actors.

Its adaptation of Phanishwar Nath Renu's 'Panchlight' is highly applaudable. The filmmakers have captured the essence and spirit of the original work beautifully, translating its timeless message and rich cultural context to the screen with remarkable fidelity and artistic integrity.
