The Game Changers

Brilliant documentary we watched in it the cinema, im my opinion it was presented in a way that would reach a wider range of people without being preachy like a lot of these documentaries tend to be. Was very happy I got to meet Patrik in person a couple of years ago a very humble but inspiring man.

It's a no brainer that we as humans are meant to be primarily plant eaters. The only people I've ever seen criticize documentaries like this are people who just don't wanna give up they're meat or folks who look for evidence to support their already held beliefs vs looking for evidence of universal truth. From personal experience, I feel 100x better after I switched to primarily plant based diet.. more energy, more strength, better sleep, better focus, better mood, all of the above. The only arm chair critics out there are the ones who have been eating like their whole lives and won't accept anything that challenges their current habitual lifestyle. Great eye opening documentary and anyone who says it's not scientific is full of and has no clue what science even is.

A movie not to be missed.Very informative and well presented.

A documentary highlighting the importance of diet not only for better health but the effects on physical performance in athletes.

If I had not already been diagnosed with high cholesterol, eighty percent of the information showcased here would be new to me. So it is good to see this information getting out into the minds of the masses.

This message also included alot of humour in some of the studies that were conducted and is highly recommended!

Saw a preview version (the movie is still undergoing modifications) at a private showing in late February. This will shock men whose standard mantra is "real men must eat meat" and those family meal planners who think that eating meat is essential for proving protein to their families, especially youngsters (both girls and boys) who have desires for improving their physical performance.. The reality is the reverse. It is dramatic, powerful and amazing and should not be missed.
