Nice but with empty parts

Funny film, which also deals with difficult issues such as the sexual acceptance of their children. Although some parts have gaps, without explaining why something happens.

Ok But Predictible

This movie was enjoyable enough but there is a feeling that it could have been much better.

The two main characters played their roles well.

There was good comedy relief from some of the other actors.

And of course there was the message of tolerance thrown in.

The ending didn't suit the movie.

Delightful heartwarming and humorous

I worried this would be a cliche gay film with flamboyant, vacuous caricatures. Instead it was a delightful surprise of quirky characters, relatable family drama, and understated humor that still made me laugh out loud. The plot meanders a bit and the ending is hokey, but ultimately it delivers a heartwarming escape.
