Thought provoking film about broken immigration system

Collisions is a thought-provoking film about our troubled immigration system. Many here don't realized that those of us who aren't descendants of slaves, are descendants of people fleeing other lands hundreds of years ago for reasons of violence or persecution in search of a better life. This story shows the difficult journey that many face today for the same reasons. Beautiful and natural acting, great and stark images contribute to a story that is both heartbreaking and heartwarming. A must-see.

Collisions is a beautifully filmed, heartbreaking narrative which is so relavent to our inhumane treatment of immigrants in this country.

Real and Relevant

A fabulous film that explores the story behind those headlines we see. Thoroughly enjoyed it my 15yr old said this should be shown at all schools.

Its ok

Its very sad for the people involved but usa is entitled to set and enforce whatever border laws it wants. Not sure the point of the movie other than to show the struggle people go through but it didnt show anything new. Its fairly low budget, well acted and a perfect length. I dont live in Usa but wonder should there be more focus on the countries these people are are coming from rather than where they are trying to go.
