Winslow the Christmas Bear

I like to point out the positives in things, but in this case, there isn't a lot to include. We stumbled across this Christmas special on a DVD my parents gave the kids. We appreciated the fact that it was completely clean, but after watching it once, and we'll probably never watch it again. Not only were the adults bored, but even the kids couldn't sit through the whole thing!

Seriously... don't bother. There are plenty of other Christmas specials more worthy of your time.

No joke, Windslow the Christmas Bear was hands down the best 45 minuets I've ever spend in mylife. The movie teaches a great lesson about love and Christmas. The production of the movie was top notch better than I've ever seen in my life. I recommend this movie to people of all age and species. Merry Christmas

Only fell a sleep twice but when i was awake it was great. But it definitly creep me out with the bear in the house. I would suggest parental guidence.

If you get the chance and have 45 minutes to spare, spend it with Winslow and his furry friends.

Now this is not a perfect film by any means. There are obvious production issues, probably the result of a very limited budget.

But just go with it. It's a cute story, as Winslow asks his animal buddies about the meaning of Christmas.

There is some truly impressive video of a bunch of wild animals, including a raccoon, otter, coyote, fox, skunk, wolverine, lynx, wolves, and even a mountain lion!

This is the sort of thing that would usually be done with animation, but these are live critters.

Some clever dialogue, good voice work, and a charming amount of sincerity.

Really worth a look.
