Please start to create the minus -10 . Low cheap budget movie, no actors, dialogue by force, no production, no director, this is a cheap low budget movie made by a bunch of neighbors in California, no story no history, nothing, no FX nothing, really terrible movie no waste your time download this horrible terrible movie. For sure the good comments are the families and neighbors of the kids and the poor producer and director and for sure all the clowns in this terrible VHS This people and his director must be ban to produce or make another domestic VHS home movie. No real story, bad acting. Waste of time.
This really proves you don't need a big budget to make things work. Loved the make up, effects and the quirky scenes. Scary at times and a little funny also. Watch Amityville Cop and support indie films like this!
This film essentially begins with a motorist being pulled over for a speeding ticket and then being brutally beaten to death by what appears to be monstrous figure wearing a police uniform. The scene then shifts to a homeless man being woken up from his sleep and subsequently killed by the same police officer. Naturally, after his body is taken to the morgue, an investigation is opened up but, with few clues to go by, neither "Detective Miller" (Jason Toler) nor his partner "Detective Val" (Nicole D'Angelo) know where to begin looking. Further complicating the issue is the testimony by a local drunk that a demon in a police uniform was responsible. Yet despite the skepticism expressed by Detective Miller, this news comes as quite a shock to the precinct supervisor "Captain Benson" (Jeffrey Moon) who has been afraid of this development for almost 20 years. Now, rather than reveal any more, I will just say that I wasn't too disappointed with this film for the simple reason that I didn't expect very much from it in the first place. The acting was bad, the plot lacked depth, and the script could have used significant improvement as well. Not only that, but it became quite clear early on that this was one of those films that slapped the name of "Amityville" onto its title simply to draw more viewers. And, having watched the film in its entirety, I fully understand why viewers haven't flocked to see it. It's an awful film, and I have rated it accordingly.
When I first saw the poster, I thought it looked like it was a half-decent production, but literally 10 seconds in...and I realise it isn't.
Horrible, horrible lighting...can hardly see the actor's faces. I understand the cop at night is supposed to be dark, but then scenes in an office in the day, with the lights on...all you can see are shadows cast across all the actor's faces...and the background looks dull, listless and unlit.
Awful, awful sound...it sounds like they used a voice recording app on a phone, in an empty room...it's just low, reverberating, poor quality audio.
Terrible, terrible acting...actors stumble and struggle to deliver lines on time, (could be down to editing)...actors gaze into space and look absolutely gormless. To top it off, there's a guy that's trying to be Will Smith, Chris Tucker and Mike Epps all at the same time...and he was annoying as hell!
Stock footage of cities, that doesn't fit in with the movie. They look like 4K...and the film looks barely 720p.
Switched off after 10 minutes...as it was clear to see where it was going.
Avoid!

This is down right insufferable. There is nothing what so ever here worth reviewing. An absolute insult to even B movies. Avoid like the plague unless you and some drinking buddies need something to ridicule.
