The backstory is about a young boy named "Ryan White" he was diagnosed with aids on December 1984, A very Dangerous disease that many thought were infectious just by a touch in the 80s and 90s, he use to get bullied for a thing he could not control, Michael Jackson being a Kind Angel he is ends up meeting Ryan White and his family 2 years later at Michael Jackson's "Neverland Ranch" where they met for the first time, helping him and making him feel loved and his entire family. Then 2 years pass then Michael Jackson visits him again at a hospital called "Riley Hospital For Children" where he was getting treated where his health was deteriorating, sadly Michael Jackson was not there when he died 1 year later on April 8, 1990, but he did end up visiting Ryan Whites funeral.
