The Brave

It took me a couple to three episodes to get into this show and now I enjoying watching it. Yes, there's a lot of errors with technical jargon, etc but hey this is TV and most of the things they do on TV is NOT real. Remember Quick Sand in all those old tv westerns? Yeah, not so real. So you take it with a grain of salt and enjoy this show for what it is. A pretty decent way to spend an hour watching a pretty good action show. I certainly hope they renew The Brave because I have come to really enjoy watching it.

The Brave is awesome.

It's like "The Unit" without the wodden side story of the wifes.

It has the tactical strength of Strike Back with recognizable tactics and weapons.

Anne Heche is horribly miscasted, and unfortunately every scene she's in is bad. The rest of the cast is excellent though, and to address the elephant in the review: Yes, this is better than Seal Team.

I really liked this show and sad to hear it may be no more. The ratings clearly say people liked it. Sure, it is full of flaws from fake accent to fake scenes from countries even though it seems everything was shot in the States and some poor dialog and scenarios. Yes, I see it,BUT there was a lot of action and each episode was unique and would keep me glued. Even all the FAKE 1-3 star reviews bashing the show ---If you notice, they watched all the episodes and that's pathetic. If I don't like a show, I would't watch past 1st or 2nd episodes so those ratings are bogus. And the show is clearly better than a ton of others that currently being aired with big budget and airtight scrips - they all just that - BORING. This is not one of them

Small budget productions have to make sacrifices and the director/s decided in this case to spend more money on good actors and episode concepts while making other sacrifices.

I am hoping there will be a season 2 and they would bring some people from the army to advise on how things are done so things would be more believable then someone would also spend more time polishing the scripts to avoid bogus dialogs such as " Did you merry an Infidel", at the Iranian airport. I laughed very hard when I heard it along with many other flops. Once they polish it, it will be a VERY VERY solid TV show.

I was looking for an alternative to 'Strike back' and found this. I like this show. Keeps my heart beat up. Bit similar to 'Seal Team'. One of the best military theme dramas in 2017. Anne, Mike, Tate, Natacha, Noah all cast is doing a great job. Military theme dramas should have interesting material. It is unfortunate this type of dramas don't last long.

When did entertainment start having to be like reality! This is a t.v show and if you listen to other reviews where its not like real life, you're right its not. Nor should it be. I like my shows to be an escape and pure enjoyment. The Brave is that for me. I like Seal Team too but so far is a bit darker. The Brave has great actors who play well off of each other and is great entertainment on a Monday night. Give it a try, you might like it too.
