I saw this movie only because Actress Noémie Merlant and to know her as a Directress.
Nina alias #Ninalabiche on snap, is a young girl addicted to social networks. To escape her anxieties and lack of confidence, she invents a life with a doe filter on her phone. Nina is in love with Jonas, an internet boy she harasses. The latter rejects her for lack of followers. One day, when she bombards the web with her snaps, the virtual meets the real, Nina meets the doe and maybe even the one she loves so much ...
It is 2:20 minute short movie for Nikon Club Film Festival. It is a quirky light heart comedy flick as a snap shot of generation hooked to social media.
We also see Noémie Merlant for a couple of shots as Nina's friend on mobile
Okay.. saw it just for interest..!
(I will go with 6 out of 10) for the short format and message conveyed.
