Quite Interesting

It is not true when they say this movie is about organized crime forming in later USSR. It's the opposite. The orginized crime was disintegrating together with the Soviet Union. Before Perestroyka soviet criminals had their own Law which was strictly enforced by their elected authorities. And this Law was ignored by young generation of gangsters in 90s.

The movie itself is watchable. Nice acting. It only lacks detective efforts. We see a lot of talking and drinking, not investigating )) But somehow the criminals are getting caught which is perfectly fine.
