Inventive Storytelling

I loved this little indie. It's so immediate, fresh, and honest, while it takes risks playing with time, fantasy, and even a blend of docu-narrative. Really refreshing, funny, and rewatchable.

I loved this film! It was more like real life than so many films. It was fun, realistic in it's message, and had magical times in its telling. Give us more Ms. Lupo!

Honest and Fun

I truly enjoyed this film. It is the most honest depiction of what most young and not so-young women's brains go through when meeting "The One". Ann and the cast did a terrific job at taking the audience through a fun journey. A must see.

Amazing work from a first time director. Visually imaginative, compelling story arc, great performances. Subverts expectations while exploring tried and true themes. And the occasional dark turn is all the more powerful in the way it's contrasted with fantasy and fun.
