Lucifer

After the disastrous Odiyan, lalettan is back with Lucifer . It's an awesome movie with a great storyline and direction . The casting was superb . The acting was great too . The fight sequences were very well executed.

The only thing I found funny in the film was the dance number . Rest all were great . This is a mass film and if you are a lalettan fan , then this is a must watch .

That's one way of describing Lucifer. Well, I'll just divide this into pros and cons. Pros: 1.Mohanlal - It's not a role with the scope for very high level acting. But he excels when it comes to dialogue delivery and simple stares and looks he gives. 2. Direction and Visuals : Prithviraj successfully created awesome visuals. Pretty good for a beginner. 3. Vivek Oberoi and Vineeth(dancer) - Vivek Oberoi has done great as the evil guy and the voice but Vineeth gives life to the character.

Cons: 1. Lag - The movie is slow paced. It would've been much better if it had more pace. 2. Item Song - That was totally unnecessary. 3. Some fight sequences - The sequence inside jail and the one in the sea. Those were unnecessary.

Watch it for a Mohanlal Show and Prithviraj's stylish making.

Lucifer is an extremely packed action drama movie.... Prithviraj Directional debut were excellent and the introduction of each are every characters were well organized....Mohanlal with lead roll were outstanding and his actions as well as his dialogue deliveries were so effective and Vivek oberoi as a negative character in lucifer were also outstanding..... Mohanlal and Prithviraj combo was excellently showcased...as i write in my reviews believe in Prithviraj movies... Lucifer is a watchable movie...this film worth your money...

I would have given a 9/10. Because the movie was excellent for almost 80% of it. There was class, mass and thrill. The movies like these are interesting to watch only when there is a strong villain on the other side. 'L' has it through out, except the last 20%. Felt the villain becomes a powerless puppet all of a sudden and not even a match for the giant 'L' making the climax just a mere formality. Also, the item song at the end was totally unnecessary; the 'hit group' action sequence at the climax seems more of like a video game. Overall, a mass movie worth for each penny you spent.

Hats off to Prithviraj the captain of the ship for delivering a masterpiece with our own complete actor Mohanlal, an absolute entertainer which we won't get to experience much . The cast is just speechless each and everyone just nailed their characters , and all characters were relevant and showed justice to the story without compromising anything. There weren't much good songs but BGM was at it's best and went the flow . The long duration didn't give any sought of lag , it was perfect. A unique style of film making which we have experienced much . Felt Mohanlal's character could have focused and portrayed more . Vivek Oberoi and Indrajith atb their best . Won't disappoint anyone who take the ticket .
