I wan't sure about the idea of a 'wedding do over', but by the end of the movie I could see the value if it. The young couple who are a nurse and a soldier just returned stateside presented a heartfelt story as they work through their problems. I also thought the actors playing the moms and dads did a great job. Very convincing! I will remember for a long time the face one of the dads makes when eating his wife's healthy homemade bran muffin - now that's acting!
I would love to read a book based on this movie. To know what the characters are thinking.
The premise is the overused wedding-planner-has-to-work-with-old-flame. They threw in a second story with the assistant which frankly didn't help. There were no real highs or low or surprises. The conflict was weak. The ending obvious.
The acting was OK, but not great. Nicole Gale Anderson and Parker Young had just a smidge of chemistry but nothing to really draw me in. I can't believe Jen Lilly had such a minor part, even if I'm not a fan of hers. And she put about that much effort into it - minor that is.

I loved how many couples found love in this movie. I thought the actors were great, and I enjoyed the music so much I have been looking for the first song they played in the background.
Maybe they toned down the music (that I saw others had said was too loud and annoying) but I didn't find it to be loud or annoying at all, in fact I loved the music they played.
I loved that this movie showed that relationships take work, sacrifice and communication whether you are dating or have been married for awhile. And many times all it takes is that person saying "I'm sorry, I hear you now, I'm willing to work on my issue, work along with you" etc. To make things right.
This is just the kind of uplifting, light hearted yet showing real relationships kind of movie I really enjoy. Thank you UP TV for showing it!

The music was so load it was hard to hear the dialog. Sounded like it was on a loop and repeated over and over. And NEVER stopped. I wear hearing aids and they came out about two minutes after it started. My hearing isn't that bad. And just about the time there was a pause in the music, it would start right back up again. It's like nobody checked the audio.
