Interesting premise

This story had some good inter family relations. A great movie to watch as a family. The biggest drawback for me is that the female lead, Nicolette Sheridan is too old for this part! She is 10 years older than Dan Payne and it is very obvious. A younger woman would have made the romantic relationship more realistic! Dan Payne is excellent as the nanny to the 2 children and he is always a joy to watch in any movie. He was such a natural and had such a good rapport with the kids, it's easy to see that he is use to being around kids. Jayne Eastwood is a treasure and excellent actress and is definitely a plus to any movie she's in. The 2 children do a great job. They were very natural for being so young.

REALLY ?

Ok, so the female lead is 10 years older than her male romantic lead, AND only 10 years younger than her mother !!!!! Well, I can forgive the toy boy scenario, but a 10 year old Mum ??? that's pushing the boundaries even for the Casting Director. (admittedly and sadly, the lady playing Mum looks much older than her actual age)

This age disparity stretches the imagination too far, and its possible that Ms Sheridan has had a little help, but a 56 year old having 2 young children - when they should be her grandchildren ? no.

Casting errors

The casting director has it all wrong here. The ages of the actors are not realistic, to play their roles. This makes the film hard to believe, and to interest. Pity.

Sweet Story 💛

This is a sweet story that really speaks to a lot of people who have lost their spouse & possibly being in a job that they can't give up to survive & just trying to get by in the world with their children. They can barely keep their head above water. All she needs is a good nanny to keep it all together & watch her 2 kids. This movie tells the story of how a man can become that man nanny. He's cute & has a great personality! She on the other hand says "No" to her mother's suggestion of using him! But what happens next??? Rent the movie...you'll like it!

Every time the movie showed Emma playing the electric violin, she never moved her fingers on the frets. It takes more than using the bow to play a violin. You have to hold down the strings to make the notes.
