Saahasam Swasaga Sagipo (2016): Generally when a movie gets postponing for over a year,most of the audience will lose the interest over that movie but not in the case of Saahasam Swasaga Saagipo.Since the release of its interesting teaser and chart buster songs,it always attracted our attention.After facing so many hurdles,this movie has released in midst of these bad situations going over all over country:(

Plot: This is the story of a young guy (Naga Chaitanya) who loves his bike and his friends.When his sister's classmate, Leela (Manjima Mohan), comes to spend the summer at his family home, a friendship is forged over thirty nights and when our hero decides to take off on a road trip across the country, Veena is more than ready to join him. But something happens on that road trip. Situations go out of control and our lead pair are thrown into a vortex that they're completely unprepared for and beyond their control.

Plus points:

1)Moment of Vellipomake: The moment where Vellipomake song comes is a classic unforgettable moment.It is so unique and most of the people may even find it weird of placing a song at that time but if you get its inner meaning you will absolutely love this masterpiece scene.Hats off! Gautham Vasudev Menon.One of the best moments of World Cinema.

2)Music: Music is the sole reason for this never lasting attraction of movie.A.R.Rahman gave one of his best music to this movie.Vellipomaake is already a chart buster of 2016.All the other songs are also brilliant.Loved them to the core..

3)Screenplay: Screenplay is decent.First half has lot of feel good moments and suddenly takes its turn at the Interval switching into action thriller mode.

4)Performances: Naga Chaitanya once again gave a brilliant performance.He gave nice output for both love and serious modes.Manjima Mohan is cute and gave good performance.Sathish Krishnan as hero's friend is awesome.Baba Sehgal is decent in Villain role.

5)Cinematography: Cinematography is very rich.Dan Maccarthur brilliantly captured exotic locations especially Kanyakumari.

Minus Points:

1)Climax: Its hard to believe that this movie,which has one of the best moments of World Cinema also had one of the Worst climax of World Cinema.I don't want to be harsh but still it is so disappointing and outright silly.

2)Duration: Though this movie is engaging for most of the time,when it comes to end of the movie it is stretched beyond the point and makes us irritated.

So,Saahasam Swasaga Sagipo will have a special place in my life for having one of the best moments and shockingly one of the worst climax of World Cinema.It is a decent watch with brilliant music,engaging screenplay and mesmerizing performances..

Watch out for Vellipomakey moment....Fell in love with that scene...

The new venture by Gautam Menon seems extremely fresh pertaining to the story, to add on to the freshness the locations and photography seems astonishingly great. Also, after long time the film proves that lip locks or smooch is not an essential symbol of elevating romance or love for a script.

Naga Chaitanya proves himself as a evolving actor, he has not acted great but definitely displays lot of improvement from Josh ( his debut movie ) and has successfully got into the shoes of the protagonist ( Main Lead of the movie ). The heroine has lived up to the potential of the character, with other actors like Baba Sehgal and Satish justifying their characters. Here my positives and negatives of the movie : Positives : 1. Photography 2. Actors 3. The song Vellipomake not just portrays visual wonder but also well visualizes the emotion of the protagonist ( Hero ) and his rush to express it 4. The director has only concentrated on the main issues and has not deviated from the main story keeping the audience involved 5. The movie may not be called slow but emphasizes the travel of two youngsters and the momentary emotions of this travel are well pictured

Negatives: 1. Editing at some parts don't appear good

Finally the movie will attract the young crowd and movie lovers...

See full movie don't break off in between. Really nice movie.

Ust watched this movie again on Netflix after watching it when it was released in theatres..this is one fine film... Music is amazing so is the screenplay.. this is one of the few films where I didn't use the forward button on my remote.. I enjoyed every bit of the film.. it's quite good.. definitely a must watch... You'll feel GOOD after the movie... Definitely recommend for Telugu audience who are bored of the regular commerical formula... This is new and fresh even in 2023.... Manjima Mohan is damn cute and performed very well in this film, all the very best for future films.

Gautam Menon the master of love stories take a bow for presenting our chaitu in a unique way and the song composition of vellipomakey is highlight.
