The Evangelist

I thought this was a comedic parody of a few serial killer movies put together. I was wrong. This film was shooting for horror/thriller, it missed on both counts. Cheesy dialogue, cheesy acting, you're definitely going to need a great deal of alcohol to was away the taste of this "film".

Ok, I don't like to judge but bad acting is just...bad acting. The plot is ok, but everything else is just what? It's like watching a panto, when people hit each other they just play pretend...and it is obvious. Avoid, unless you just want something in the background for some noise.

I love Amazon but have to wonder what is the quality of their AI program, How this ever came up as a suggestion in Facebook is worry some.

"The Evangelist" is unoriginal; badly written, directed, acted, and produced. I just don't understand why amazon inflicts some of these movies on us.

Okay, I know I've said this before but these guys are the worst actors I've ever seen. And I'm only a few minutes in. Stolen characters from numerous other films. Retiring detective? Yeah! We've seen this eh? Back to acting school fellas. The lead male character is horrible!!!
