Danger Mouse

If you loved the original series, now is the time to catch the revival on streaming. The unique British absurdity humor is fresh & new, and yet a near perfect manifestation of the original style.

Sure the context of each joke or reference is modern but still uses the playful wit and silliness that makes it fun and funny for any age. As has already been noted, the story lines are pure camp, the characters are caricatures, and plot development completely arbitrary... but it adds to the charm. If you are not a fan of Terry Pratchett, Douglas Adams, Stephen Fry (voices Colonel K), Huge Laurie, etc. then this show if not your cup of tea.

Might look Like the original.. The voices are doing pretty good. Old DM= A secret agent the SIZE of a Mouse, with a Few extra brain cells. He was good at Anticipation.. 1 step ahead. Old Assistant= 1/2 bubble off the top..Not stupid but could fall in a hole if you opened it. And abit preoccupied..

NEW DM=Secret agent the Size of a Human. 1/4 extra brain cell, he can find his way threw a Paper bag, but not leave instructions. 1/4 step behind and Reacts to things rather then Anticipates. New Assistant= about the same, Always needing abit of a hand. Willing to follow DM and TRY not to be a Burden..

Entro song, seems abit EDITED..take the old one and make it so they cant CLAIM Copy rights..

The old one was like Inspector Gadget with abit of smarts, and the new one is inspector gadget without the smarts and as BIG as a human..

To improve on the original seemed impossible but they did it.

If they don't make more episodes, it would be madness.

I love the old Danger Mouse. The humour is amazing and the animation felt right for this type of show. The new Danger Mouse feels too modern: too fast and hype. It feels like it's made more for kids with short attention spans instead of something anyone can watch and enjoy. It's not complete trash, but just isn't as good as the first one. Also, Greenback's voice changed and I'm uncomfortable with how fast he's speaking.

Danger Mouse is a 2015 reboot of a British classic and I've have been hooked on it ever since early 2017. The cartoon is entertaining for all ages. Danger Mouse discovers that the baron is up to no good when he announced his retirement. There is such chaos and mayhem that you just can't help but laugh; when Pandaminion talks in a monotone simpleton voice and it will make you chuckle. One of my favorite episodes includes Danger Mouse breaking in to the professor's lab and growing a singing plant monster & he sang a the end credits. The characters are brilliant the stories are hilarious especially if you were a fan of shows that deserve to be on Qubo more than Johnny Test or Cloudy the TV series. (I still love Squid Girl and The New Woody Woodpecker Show- fantastic).
