The Perfect Girlfriend

This type of movie is called a piece of shiiit and trash...and the actor and actresses ,,oh no..please try again..

As the opening credits roll, attractive but incredibly shrill blonde businesswoman Adrienne Frantz (as Simone Matthews) tells off an old boyfriend. She gets in her limo and agrees to interview someone for a big promotion. The new man turns out to be handsome and muscular blond Jon Cor (as Brandon Moore). His good looks and beautifully trimmed facial hair immediately arouse Ms. Frantz. The job is his, and then some. This means Mr. Cor must carry on a "long distance relationship" with girlfriend Ashley Leggat (as Jensyn Bannet), a student in New York...

Accepting the lucrative job offer, Cor finds his Portland, Oregon hotel accommodations have been mysteriously canceled. Responsible for the mix-up, boss-woman Frantz invites him to stay at her place. She's obviously interested in giving her sheets a work-out. Frantz adopts a dog named "Bentley" to appear more lovable, but Cor won't bite. Alas, her doggy style doesn't get Cor into bed, so Frantz decides to work on his loyalty to girlfriend Leggat...

Director Curtis Crawford and writer Christine Conradt do a lot of these theme movies for the "Lifetime" channel, with this one being another in the network's "The Perfect…" series. It fits the required formula and gets the job done. Frantz is perfect as the seemingly psycho female. She would send most men running for the hills, after an initial attraction. Of course, Cor is very good looking, but not bright enough to realize Frantz' deceptions. The troubling thing is Cor not guessing "Bentley" is a new arrival. He's too dumb and the predictable story never catches fire...

At one point, we meet Frantz' younger brother Jonathan Koensgen (as Cole Matthews). The role is very well played and it seems like the story will become more interesting. Their mother (Deborah Grover) is also intriguing, but she is seen much too briefly. These relatives help characterize and humanize Franz' "Simone". While successful, they are not fully utilized (or, possibly, more involvement in the original story was cut).

Well I will tell you, I was one dumb guy who watched this entire meaningless made for TV drama/suspense which was not even worthy of staying on late at night to put you to sleep. It was really that bad.

As for the male star of this garbage, actor Jon Cor plays a really dumb guy who leaves his attractive girlfriend to land a new job out of state only to be wined and dined by his recruiter who is a whack job.

Yes, it's another love triangle with a predictable ending.

Boring as heck.

I give it a lowly 1 out of 10 IMDB rating.

Started watching this movie, so then I had to look it up to see who these people are that was in it and even if this was filmed in America, which was finding unlikely. This is incredibly stupid if he didn't think his living with this other woman was gonna eventually piss off his girlfriend long-distance girlfriend I, might add and someone else's review on here was trying to use the point that it was satirical it absolutely was not. That review was ridiculous and the fact that the only way for it to be believable, is that it obviously was written by somebody in the cast because nobody viewed this theatrical much less even believable as an actual story. Give this a pass you'll never get those two hours back of your life.

While watching a series of movies on the movie network and this was the next one in line. Within the first 5 minutes, I knew what was coming, I should have turned it off then.

The movie features a predictable theme, but in the process of laying out the plot, there was some serious issues. Being an evilly coerced love triangle, there are three main characters. None of the characters get very well developed unfortunately and fall into the same trap you see in a love triangle. This is what hurts the movie in my opinion. You know what is going to happen, and you keep hoping that one of the characters will do something interesting to keep you interested....but by the end of the movie you are still waiting for that something to interesting to happen, and realize you wasted 90 minutes watching a movie you've seen before.

The acting, while not great, isn't bad, they just had a bad storyline to act to, something that seems to happen to Curtis Crawford movies.
