Los Angeles was the host to the Esx Entertainment special screening of “The Wrong Side of Right.” The film premiered Tuesday at Hollywood’s Tcl Chinese 6 Theatres. In attendance were several of the film’s stars, including Lea Thompson, Allison Paige, Christina Moore and Jayson Blair, Brandon Eaton and Annabelle Kavanaugh, as well as director Alex Ranarivelo, producer/actor Ali Afshar, and the man who’s the basis for the film, Daniel Christensen. This upcoming Sunday, Jun 30th, Showtime's 'Dexter' returns for its 8th and final season! And one of the things I’ve always loved about the show is the time it takes to set up its key story threads for the entire season; meaning it usually takes a good 3-4 episodes before I get a feel for the overall direction they’re heading in. And with that, there are often interested side stories that seem prominent at first but then never pan out. Now, I’m sure there are plenty of plot threads you’re all wondering about – whatever happened to Lumen? Is Jordan Chase presumed dead, or in hiding? Whatever happened to that hottie Masuka started dating while setting up Dexter’s bachelor party? Inquiring minds want to know. But for right now, here are 6 of my personal curiosities. Richard Burgi is a man of many talents, my favorite of which was his talent of being shirtless for the majority of his screen time on Desperate Housewives, and now he’ll be demonstrating his knack for portraying villainous characters when he guest starts in an episode of Burn Notice Season 6. His ability to find work so quickly after wrapping his time on Housewives and One Tree Hill is worthy of applause and there’s no doubt in mind that he’ll flesh out a very memorable character during his brief stint on the USA series. Maybe he’ll go the extra mile and be a shirtless villain.
