Cyril Höschl wurde am 12 November 1949 in Prague, Czechoslovakia [ora Czech Republic] geboren. Er war mit Jitka Stenclová verheiratet. Er starb am 21 April 2025 in Tschechische Republik.
Höschl was a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Prague, worked at the Psychiatric Research Institute in Bohnice. After November 1989, he was the Dean of the 3rd Faculty of Medicine of Charles University.
