Image
If there’s one topic in Hollywood right now that gets the most discussion, it’s probably the use of AI. And if there’s one film right now that is taking full advantage of it, it’s Robert Zemeckis’ Here. Now, ahead of the movie’s November 1st release, the first reactions are coming out of AFI Fest.

By and large, it seems like Robert Zemeckis pulled off an incredible feat with Here, which has the bonus gimmick of being shot from the same angle for the movie’s duration. Check out some of the reactions below:

Albert Finney at an event for Erin Brockovich (2000)
Hollywood is showing their outpouring of support over the loss of Albert Finney, who passed away Friday at the age of 82.

Actors, directors and his co-stars alike are recognizing Finney for his versatility as an actor, his ability to disappear into roles and his handsome charm that helped define a screen persona for generations.

“Remember the great Albert Finney tonight by watching ‘Miller’s Crossing’ and ‘Under the Volcano’ — two vastly different performances that showcase his unique ability to combine power with powerlessness,” “Mission:Impossible – Fallout” director Christopher McQuarrie tweeted.

‘The Romantic Foibles of Esteban’ Charms…Somehow
In all honesty I don’t really know what I like about this show. It’s kind of like Michael Corleone’s line from The Godfather, “Just when I thought I was out…They pull me back in…” The Romantic Foibles of Esteban is a show about a guy and the disastrous dates he sets up on an on-line dating service called Kung Fu Dating.
