Andrew Pierson stars as the relentless Splatter Jack in Camp Slasher Lake, the latest horror vision from cult filmmaker Michael Moutsatsos. Shot as a short-form grindhouse experience for the 2025 festival circuit, Camp Slasher Lake is just the beginning — the feature-length version is already in pre-production and promising even more carnage.

Carissa Pierson is also on board as Executive Producer, helping bring this blood-soaked vision to life with true indie grit.

In this savage homage to classic slasher cinema, Pierson fully commits to the role of a brutal, masked killer with no mercy. The film drips with retro DNA — think Halloween colliding with Friday the 13th, then soaked in VHS grime and shot in stark black-and-white for maximum dread. It’s stylish, mean, and unrelenting. And in true grindhouse fashion: nobody makes it out alive.

A few weeks ago, we learned that prolific filmmaker Dustin Fergsuon, who has over 150 movies to his name, was working on the latest sequel in the Witchcraft horror franchise, with Witchcraft Xvii: The Initiation scheduled to start filming on this month with Ivy Smith taking on the lead role of Maya Reed. Smith’s previous credits include Lust, Magic, and the Witches’ Sabbath and the Full Moon productions Attack of the 50 Foot CamGirl and Giantess Battle Attack. The goal is to get the finished movie out on Blu-ray on October 1st – and it looks to be on track for that release date, because a trailer has already dropped online! With over 160 IMDb credits and a growing reputation in indie horror, Pierson steps into the robe as the 10th actor to take on the role—bringing a bold, blood-soaked energy to the franchise’s most enduring anti-hero.
