Former West Wing star Kim Webster is planning to take legal action against her landlord after a blaze broke out in her Los Angeles apartment block and she didn't hear a fire alarm.

The actress was at home when flames ripped through the roof of the building on Monday night and all residents were evacuated. No one was injured in the incident.

But Webster claims she didn't hear the fire alarm sound and is planning to sue landlord Donald Sterling, owner of the Los Angeles Clippers basketball team.

Webster and her fellow residents previously took legal action against Sterling over another blaze at the building last year which led to a similar evacuation, according to TMZ.com.
