Patrick Dempsey can't run from reality. The Grey's Anatomy actor, 49, was photographed jogging on Zuma Beach in Malibu Sunday. Dempsey, who was still wearing his wedding ring, had recently returned home from a race in Daytona Beach, Fla. Late last month, his wife, Jillian Fink, filed for divorce after 15 years of marriage. The makeup artist requested joint legal and physical of their three children: Talula, 12, and twins Darby and Sullivan, 8. Dempsey was previously married to his manager Rocky Parker for seven years from 1987 until 1994. For Dempsey, this divorce was a last resort. Catherine Zeta-Jones has defended her marriage to Michael Douglas - she says the age gap makes no difference at all. The beautiful Welsh star, 31, is exactly 25 years younger than Douglas, who is 56 and shares her birthday of September 25th. But Zeta-Jones, who starred alongside her husband in the acclaimed Traffic recently, says she doesn't understand why the age factor is an issue for people. She says, "25 years is nothing. I've never heard of a book or a law being passed that says you have to be a certain age to spend time with another person. Michael doesn't seem like an older man to me, he's just Michael. The fact he's older is simply the way it has worked out."
