Captain, a brave dog and police captain of the forest, must outwit his archenemy, Zero the Cat, a master of disguise and fraud, who plans to make a bundle, even if it means leaving all the forest critters homeless.

Man (Ed Casaer) sets his pet hawk free and goes on a fantastic hang gliding adventure in search of his old friend. On the way, he encounters a boy (Erick McWayne) on a hillside who he offers to take on a flight.

Animated film made for 1992 IMAX film for Osaka Japan worlds fair. Story features a planet in distress from chaotic anarchy of out of control disjointed individuality but is saved by a small creature named App who unifies the characters thru a simple melody and uses music to bring together the mess and creates a flowering harmonious paradise.
