The administrative process - the request for a passport - is the guiding line of the film. And the filmmaker faces essential questions: what is nationality? What's the use of a passport? What is our heritage? How do we construct our own history and identity?

Bipolar Show is not an interview show. Michel Melamed's project at Canal Brasil is the first performance series in Brazilian television, mixing reality and fiction in conversations and improvisations between the host and his guests, using two different settings and all types of mood, going from high spirits and fellowship to provocation and sadness.
